Kristy S. Andraos has exclusively practiced Elder Law and Special Needs Law for 11 years. She is the founding attorney of Andraos Law, PLLC, and has dedicated the firm to serving individuals in our community that are important and seldom heard.

Mrs. Andraos serves on the Board of Directors for InFocus Advocacy, a non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance the image of people living with a disability, and promote inclusion in communities. She has served on the Board of North Carolina’s chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Greensboro chapter of the Society of Financial Service Providers, and the North Carolina State Bar’s Elder Law section committee. She is a former vice president of the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys. She is a Business North Carolina Legal Elite Attorney North Carolina Super Lawyer’s Rising Star in the area of Elder Law.

A Kernersville native, Kristy is actively involved in growing a tight-knit local community. She and her husband have two little girls that love taking nature walks outside and having tea party-picnics.

Brandon S. Cook has years of experience in public service, which led him to serve and advocate for seniors and individuals with special needs.

Before practicing Elder Law and Special Needs Law, Mr. Cook worked as a Public Defender, providing counsel and advocacy for indigent accused persons. He is a 2012 graduate of Gideon’s Promise, the nationally recognized Public Defender training program aimed at raising the standard of representation and indigent defense and ensuring equity in the justice system. A West Virginia native, he is licensed to practice in North Carolin and West Virginia, and served on the Kanauwha County drug court, connecting individuals suffering from addiction with treatment programs which could be completed to keep individuals from entering the prison system.

His areas of practice are Estate Planning, Guardianship, Special Needs Planning, and Estate Administration.
